Description
The following roles and responsibilities are required by the consultant. These are the same as the current agreement: Site Supervision and responsible for site Health and safety - Manages repairs - WIFI, Signs, EMS solar panels (facilities) - Liaise with FSC for Site Clearance - Managing of asset installation & de-installation - Supporting innovation and development trials including safety assessments and compliance - Site reporting - usage, Financials and case studies - Manages relationship with Security for visitors and site - Manages bookings and requests for the site - Set up visitors pass (SEMEITA) and on-site supervision on the day Manages the NH booking calendar - Management of ID Cards: Activates passes (building passes) - Inductions for new pass holders - Hosts - trials, meetings and events, Ad campaigns (Responsible for H&S on the day) Contract Management/Governance - Helps to negotiate contracts and requests with FSC for stakeholders - Supporting NH Business Cases as required - Supports the future negotiation of the FSC contract lease - Supervision of 3rd Party Suppliers - Fire service College (FSC) liaison and stakeholder supervision (NH Estates) - Supervision of service providers with FSC - Arcus and the Cleaners - cleaning, equipment & safety testing, maintenance - Supervision of Portakabin lease - managing the relationship and dealing with repairs and issues Administration - Site reporting - usage, Financials and case studies of testing and trials - Financial reporting Stakeholder Supervision - Manages end to end process from - enquires from stakeholders for NHDS usage - Bookings, - H&S during visit/trials/testing - Writing up case study of trial/testing
