Thirteen Group - Bamburgh Court Facility Improvements

Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to undertake refurbishment to the internal aspects of Bamburgh Court, Hartlepool. The building is classified as sheltered / supported housing and has customers with individual needs. The work includes refurbishment of the communal kitchen area including rewire, replace/reposition window, fire shutter; creation of a new Mobility Scooter store; decoration; flooring; lighting; signage; alarms & detectors; door entry and access control. The contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body
