Torbay Council has agreed to support a range of Community and Voluntary sector organisations to assist them in providing activities and services for local people to support their independence, help them to improve their health and wellbeing and resilience to infection, provide advice and information and to deliver help with challenges related to loneliness and isolation through the effects of the pandemic Extension taken up to 31/03/2025
