The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames is inviting proposals for Social Engagement services for older people living in the Council's Sheltered Housing. The aim is to reduce social isolation amongst people in Sheltered accommodation and to reduce pressure on the Council's acute services. For the individuals using the service, the aim is to improve physical health and to empower residents to be involved in their communities.
