Description
This is a preventative outreach support services provided through a technician who will be a trusted assessor trained to enable independent living for vulnerable people. The service will include the following: a) minor adaptations, whether referred through directly from clients in need, through NASS or through the hospital discharge teams b) other essential works in the home including, for example, broken toilet seats, replacement light bulbs (putting elderly people at risk of falls) c) wider 'essential works', including those that may be carried out by the Provider's approved sub-contractors, eg; gas safe, electrics, which we would seek to arrange and manage d) provide additional capacity to any other main NCC contracts during Covid-19 outbreak that would be within the skill set of the Provider's team •assist with any other works not listed but requested by NCC to make safe and reduced risk for NASS customers.
