Residential Care - Cost of Care Analysis

Provision of consultancy to establish a robust and sustainable pricing model for the purchasing of residential care and support services from within the local market, under new contractual arrangements, allowing commissioners to benchmark prices currently paid in the local market, so these can be challenged where appropriate. The original award was delayed due to Covid-19 pressures. The award of the contract was moved to December 2021 with a new contract start date of 7th January 2022.
