As a registered provider, we own or manage approximately 33,000 properties across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands.The Contracting Authority and any future group members seek expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors to undertake and deliver their programme of planned refurbishment works across the Group.
