Provision of Firefighting Foam

Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue Service (OFRS) [company of Oxfordshire County Council] conducted a collaborative tender for Royal Berkshire Fire & Rescue Service (RBFRS) Partners were involved in the tender and evaluation process, resulting in several separate contracts managed independently by each FRS. This award report details only RBFRS' contract award. Following a legislation change, the participating partners required a contract for the supply and disposal of Fluorine Free Fire Fighting Foam.
