Description
Nottingham West, Nottingham North and East and Rushcliffe CCGs want to procure an integrated community stroke rehabilitation service. The service will provide an Early Supported Discharge Service as well as a Community Stroke Rehabilitation Service which will support patients who have had a stroke to return to their homes at the earliest possible opportunity in order to continue their rehabilitation. The integrated community stroke service will have close working relationships with acute stroke services, community services and primary care. Draft documents are available now on the procurement website. All bidders must express an interest to gain access to the documents. The final tender docs are expected to be available on 2nd November - if you express an interest at any point (up to the closing date of the tender return) you will be given access to the tender documents. The final tender will confirm the agreed dates, but the planned return date, at time of publishing, for submissions is for 30th Nov Any competitive process arising from the issuing of this notice will be run in a transparent and proportionate way, treating all bidders equally.
