Roof Covering

For complete replacement of approximately 800m2 of roof coverings to two tiled accommodation blocks, at Bircham Newton, with associated flashings, fascia’s, eaves and rain water goods in accordance with current building regulations. Replacement fascia’s, eaves and rain water goods to two further accommodation blocks and minor tiled repairs to other buildings. All works must be completed by the end of November 2016. Site visits at Bircham Newton have been arranged for week commencing 13th June 2016, and it is strongly recommended that you attend, as this will assist in establishing the final scope of works. CITB will provide a mewp and a driver for you to access the roofs and a list of buildings will be provided on the day. No other dates outside of this week will be available for a site visit. Please provide the names of your representatives who will be attending, and your preferred date and time for the site visit, to maintenance@citb.co.uk which CITB will try and accommodate.
