The Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire - New OPCC Offices (Fareham) Long Barn

The project comprises the internal refurbishment and alterations to an existing property, for which the Client is taking out a lease. Works include (but not limited to); provision of a unisex shower (in lieu of the existing WC), new internal partition and access-controlled door, the proposed felling of two silver birch trees and pruning of other local foliage to facilitate CCTV installation and visuals, installation of a new wall-mounted hot water boiler, adaptations to the existing ventilation system and minor modifications to the existing power.
