Durham County Council ("the Council") for and on behalf of Seaham High School ("the School") are facilitating this procurement exercise. It will be the School that enters into the proposed agreement with the successful bidder. Provision of Catering Services at the School site for Secondary School Meals, including break time breakfast service and lunch time meals.
