OHCAT wishes to engage a contractor to undertake light to moderate refurbishment works to the demised area of Old Town Hall, Wallington, SM6 0NB, ground floor, along with recommissioning and upgrading to meet statutory requirements the fire alarm, panic alarm, toilet ventilation, access systems and any other essential operational control systems for Orchard Hill College.
