Homes England - Tomato Farm Residential - Refurbishment Works

Homes England is seeking to appoint a competent supplier for the provision of refurbishment works at Tomato Farm - Residential (Tomato Farmhouse & New Farmhouse), Dry Drayton Road, Oakington, Cambridgeshire CB24 3BD, on a fixed price basis. Works include:- External repairs to the building envelope, internal insulation, new kitchen and bathroom installations, mechanical and electrical installations including the provision of an air source heat pump, new internal finishes, redecorations and external works.
