Description
Weaver Vale Housing Trust (WVHT) intends to procure a modern HMS/CRM to replace its current core housing and customer systems and applications. The new system will support WVHT to meet it's Technology and Knowledge Road Map ambitions: 1. We know our customers and have a single view so we can provide fair and equitable outcomes and proactively support the tailoring of services. 2. Customer journeys are joined up so that they improve the customer experience and satisfaction. 3. To increase self-service and access to and be able to update their information and increase accessible information whilst providing choice and leaving no-one behind. 4. How we manage our homes and contractors is transformed through the use of a new HMS. 5. Our homes are managed pro-actively and sustainably. 6. Our response to changing regulations, legislation and standards are prioritised, with reporting simplified within a new HMS. 7. Increased development of real-time analytics, with staff being able to self-serve reports. 8. Our systems architecture is simplified and well governed. (System/Application reduction). 9. Provision of Value for Money. At this stage it is unknown if there may be lots, these will be identified through Preliminary Market Engagement.
