Correlated Scanning Electron Microscope and Raman Imaging system at Lancaster University

The University is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for supply, installation and commissioning of a correlated scanning electron microscope and confocal Raman imaging system with integrated focus ion beam capabilities. The correlated combination of high resolution electron microscopy and Raman mapping is essential to the scientific priorities of the University and cannot be met by two comparable but separate capabilities.
