(NU1517) Design Team Services for Merz Court Biofuel CHP Project

This appointment is for a project team to produce a design for Merz Court Biofuel CHP Project to RIBA stage 1 the end of stage 3. Stages 4 - 7 will require further University approval prior to appointment. A design team shall be appointed to conduct a complete detailed design service which shall include the following- • Mechanical and Electrical Design Optional fees shall be included for any other service the team feel are required or would benefit the project. Project management, cost management and CDM PD will be provided in house by the Estates Support Service. The appointed design team shall analyse the existing heat network currently served from Merz court using a dynamic thermal model.
