Commissioning of Decarbonisation Plan

Lancashire Constabulary is committed to reducing carbon emissions with the goal of net-zero in the long term. These emission sources are within the Constabulary's operational control and therefore form the scope of the commitment to net zero. However, to reach a certified net zero status, the Constabulary will need to look at reducing the level of this offset by onsite or local generation and decarbonise heat within their buildings.
