Description
Oldham Council requires a Registered Provider of Social Housing to deliver tenancy management services for a 19-apartment supported housing scheme for adults with learning difficulties and complex needs. The scheme is located within the Limehurst Village area of Oldham. The tender is not Lotted and does not lend itself to lotting due to the quality of apartments. A single provider will be appointed. The estimated contract value stated above is exclusive of VAT. Tenderers must be a Registered Provider of Social Housing. . A contract start date of 8th March 2022 is planned, and the contract will be offered on the basis of three years, with two further 12 month options to extend (maximum term of five years).
