Framework for Adults 18+ in MH&LD Care Homes/and with Nursing

Velindre University NHS Trust, acting on behalf of the NHS Local Health Boards and Local Authorities listed in section 2.1 of this notice, have refreshed an established all Wales framework consisting of nine (9) Lots for the provision of services to Adults (18+) in Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Care Home / Care Homes with Nursing. No volume or value of the required services is guaranteed. Current annual spend on the services is circa GBP 130,000,000.00; the estimated aggregated value for the 9 Lots is GBP 390,000,000.00 over the initial 3 year term. The framework commenced on 1 October 2019 and will remain open to allow new applicants to apply to join on a quarterly basis. The framework will end 30 September 2022 and there will be an option to extend for an additional 24 months.
