TC002 - Independent Travel Training

The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for Independent Travel Training which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The aim is to ensure that referred children and young people are able to travel safely and independently, and to equip them with valuable life-skills which allows them increased access to social and recreational activities in preparation for their transition to adulthood and increasing their access to learning, training and work opportunities.
