Description
The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking to establish a multi-lot, multi-disciplinary Transport Professional and Technical Services (TTPS) Framework. The framework will support our ambitious plans and delivery of our pipeline of capital schemes for development and delivery between 2027 and 2032. The framework is being established for the use of the Combined Authority and our Local Authority partners for delivery across the region of West Yorkshire. The framework will enable strategic long-term collaborative relationships with providers to drive economies of scale and deliver high quality projects. We are therefore seeking to appoint a range of suppliers to four multi-disciplinary lots for a period of four years to support the delivery of a seamless, reliable transport network to support our economy to grow sustainably in a safe and inclusive way. The framework will consist of 4 LOTS; LOT 1: Transport Planning, Design Development and Engineering, LOT 2: Client-side Professional Services Support, LOT3: Asset Management and Lifecycle Planning, LOT 4:Multi-Disciplinary Rail.
