SPaTS Framework Lot 1: Technical Assurance & Advice - Traffic Signs

• Provide timely advice and response in relation to signs authorisation; • Provide specialist technical advice to support OD, MP, Service Providers and the UK construction industry and facilitate external support where needed to provide national expert guidance; • Act as a trusted business partner to internal clients (and external clients where required) and provide timely and high quality advice on road safety issues; and • Determine all departures from standard within 42 days and to the required high quality. • Determine all non-prescribed signs within agreed timescales.
