Deliver the following outputs/reports/data at a level to inform HSE decision making. a - Audit report/review of content by area (web pages and PDF's) - appropriately RAG rated, e.g. out of date, complex to read etc. b - Recommendations on target destination (GOV.UK or HSE.GOV.UK) c - Recommendations on action to take regarding content - to retire, keep, or rewrite. d - Recommendations on content standards, accessibility standards and information architecture e - Outline a Content plan/roadmap/transition plan/migration plan (assuming target environment ready)
