QQ24/029 Strategic Capacity Study - AWARD

Tamworth Borough Council are seeking to commission a specialist consultant to undertake a strategic capacity study to establish what level of housing growth could be accommodated by the borough's infrastructure. This project will form part of the evidence base to support a new local plan for the borough and will need to be prepared in accordance with the relevant national policy and guidance and best practice.
