Your Homes Newcastle - Fire Door Replacement Programme (Ref WD0027)

Your Homes Newcastle ("YHN") seeks to appoint one contractor to undertake a 4 year Fire Door Replacement Programme for 24 (with option to extend to 28) Multi-Storey blocks with varying number of floors. The Contract will also include provision for GRP Door Replacements to low / mid-rise blocks (up to 6 floors) covering up to 1000pa flat entrance doors. The properties are in various locations across the YHN estate. Work is to be undertaken on a "Supply & Install" basis.
