Probe Station

The equipment to be procured will form a facility to measure devices, antennas, circuits and materials in the frequency range up to 110 GHz. It is important that equipment will measure on-wafer antennas and devices before and after bonding /packaging. It is important that all the equipment is compatible with each other - see dependencies. The three items of equipment to be purchased under separate tenders are: 1. Antenna Measurement System; 2. Vector network analyser; 3. Probe station. The probe station will provide contact to on-wafer components such as antennas and devices and must be compatible with the network analyser and millimeter wave extension modules
