Professional Property Services Framework

ENGIE Services Ltd on Behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants interested in delivering a professional property services. This includes Disposal of Freehold or Leasehold interests by the most suitable method. Consultants will be required: • To advise on all aspects of the disposal of an interest in land including the most appropriate method and the implications thereof. • To implement the instructions of ENGIE by placing property on the market. • To advise ENGIE on suitable applicants, taking into account the Authority's obligations, statutory or other legislative requirements and the Authority's objectives.
