PS21121 - Help to Grow - Digital Evaluation

All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta eSourcing Portal. Help to Grow: Digital will provide information and advice to SMEs to help them understand their digital technology needs. The platform will also offer a digital technology voucher that provides SMEs with a discount of up to £5,000, covering up to 50% of the cost of a technology solution from a pre-approved list for up to a year. The voucher is intended to support up to 100,000 SMEs over three years and will launch in Autumn 2021. An evaluator will join the programme ahead of launch to produce data collection tools and conduct process evaluation.
