This award is for the purchase of 220 Passageways OnBoard Enterprise licences for a two year subscription service. There is the option to increase the number of licences by a further 30 over the duration of the contract. A single tender action was undertaken for this process. The award will be to Passageways (UK) Ltd. Variation 001 is for an increase in licenses to 125 for years 1 and 2 of the contract. This increase was for £25,000.00 This variation 002 is for Bi-Annual Subscription Charges for Onboard for 6 months to increase the initial contract value by £18,750.00 excluding VAT. The total charge for the contract shall not exceed £93,750
