T0278 Improving our freight customer service

This project is being commissioned to provide insight into freight industry. The project will provide a benchmark and allow NH to measure insight and therefore better respond to performance results. The task will identify activities where there is limited detail and provide a clear indication of where NH should focus activities on. The project will fit into the wider freight programme of works particularly around Transport Focus's survey results and the outputs of the professional driver panel.
