STA - H.API Project

Ember are delivering the H.API project (C/REF 00000425), which is one part of the new services needed to feed into the new Heritage Gateway website. Another element was the creation of an admin system that would allow HE staff to manage the resources and for data providers to manage their information and view error logs where their records had failed validation. Historically this admin system had always been seen as a separate entity. However, the admin system requirements have been reviewed and reassessed to bring it in line with the processes being developed for H.API with the conclusion that the most efficient way to deliver the requirements would be for it to be built as part of the H.API project.
