Providers will need to demonstrate that they meet qualifying conditions in order to be considered for a place on the Framework. These will include and are not limited to the following: Currently delivering the same or similar services - this should be a pass / fail. Providers who are not already delivering similar services or an established organisation will be disqualified and their bid not accessed any further. Able to provide 2 references of similar contracts Further details of additional conditions pertaining to each lot are detailed in the online Pre Qualification Supplier Questionnaire(PSQ)’
Technical ability conditions of participation below
Providers will need to demonstrate that they meet qualifying conditions in order to be considered for a place on the Framework. These will include and are not limited to the following: ALL LOTS (1 to 4) Experience providers: Currently delivering the same or similar services Able to provide details of 2 references LOT 3 only All staff responsible for producing assessment reports for Lot 3 must be Qualified Social Workers and/or Qualified Educational Psychologists with a minimum of 5 years experience Further details of additional conditions pertaining to each lot are detailed in the online Procurement Qualification Supplier Questionnaire(PSQ)’
