Reason for Modification The modification is required to ensure continuity of service delivery, site safety, and operational standards whilst a replacement procurement exercise and market assessment are completed. Additional Information This notice relates to a variation to an existing call-off contract awarded under a framework agreement - Fusion21. This modification is made pursuant to Regulation 72(1)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 due to the operational necessity of maintaining continuity of service pending completion of a replacement procurement exercise. The original call-off contract was awarded via a permissible direct award mechanism under the framework agreement. A Contract Award Notice was not published at the time of award due to administrative oversight. This notice is therefore being published retrospectively in the interests of transparency and audit compliance.
