Description

livin (the Client) is a Registered Social Landlord formed following the Large Scale Voluntary Transfer of local authority housing from the former Sedgefield Borough Council in 2009. The Client owns approximately 8400 homes, 2,600 garages and 60 commercial properties as well as areas of land making it one of the largest registered providers of social housing in County Durham. The Client directly employs over 130 staff based in purpose built office accommodation on the new DurhamGate site in Spennymoor. Currently the client has a managed print service that provides three mono MFDs and two colour MFDs. All devices have several paper trays and will print both A4 and A3. These are leased with quarterly billing and there is a per page charge that covers all consumables except paper and staples. All maintenance and necessary parts are also covered under these costs. The client is looking for a company to provide a new managed print service with features such as follow-me printing, scanning, photocopying, and auditing and accounting. This will include the lease of several multi-function devices as well as the management of the consumables and maintenance of these devices.
