Description
The Watersports participation survey carried out by the contractors 'The Nursery Research and Planning LTD' (formally Arkenford)has been carried outfor over 10 years. The costs are funded by a consortium of members including Royal Yachting Association, The Royal National Lifeboat Institution,British Marine Federation, British Canoeing and CEFAS. The report produced shows findings of research and water sports participation by activity.Also including a number of safety questions in respect of wearing life jackets etc. MCA is a member of this consortium,and the data is used to show trend analysis and continuity for drowning prevention initiatives supporting HMCG's associated objectives.
