SEND Disagreement Resolution and Mediation Service

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to establish a contract for with a Provider to deliver an impartial disagreement resolution and mediation service for resolving disagreement between parents or young people, education providers, local authorities or health commissioners. This service is required to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements of the Children and Families Act 2014, The Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014 and the SEN and Disability Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years, May 2015.
