Mansion House major refurbishment - Main Contractor

The works comprise the major refurbishment of Mansion House, including replacement and upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems, refurbishment of internal areas, roof replacement and repairs, and external works including façade cleaning, masonry repairs and window refurbishment. Works will be undertaken within a live and operational historic building. This notice is issued for transparency and market awareness only and does not constitute a call for competition or procurement exercise. The Authority reserves the right not to proceed with any procurement referenced in this notice. Any future procurement will be subject to separate publication and compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.
