PURCON955 Bedroom Furniture and Kitchens - AWARD

On an annual basis the University embarks on a programme of refurbishment of student accommodation. The Village accommodation has undergone a programme of refurbishment over the last few years, 224 rooms remain which are planned to be refurbished over the 222 and 223 summer break. The University requires a supplier to provide bedroom furniture for these rooms. 37 houses contained within the Nelson and Constable Terraces accommodation are due for refurbishment over the 2024 and 2025 summer breaks. The University requires a supplier to design and supply kitchens for these refurbishments. This requirement will be sourced using a mini competition through the following framework: NEUPC Furniture Supply and Installation Lot No. 5 - Residential Framework Reference: FFE2005NE
