PAN2914 - Winstanley Community Centre Conversion to a Family Contact Centre

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of conversion works at Winstanley Community Centre (currently KT Performing Arts Centre) into a Family Contact Centre to replace a temporary facility. The Winstanley Centre is currently unoccupied and fulfils the requirements for development into a purpose designed facility so that children can meet their families in a safe and controlled environment. Tenderers should be aware that a planning application is currently in place for the development. Therefore, this project is subject to planning approval.
