Mentoring Recommissioning

The London Borough of Havering has now awarded a 2 year contract to Spark2life for Mentoring Services. Background to contract: The Borough has been experiencing increasing levels of gang activity, which is expected to increase due to projected demographic changes. The Councils aim is to move towards a more preventative approach across Early Help and YOS. Therefore we have commission a mentoring service for young people who are at risk of gang affiliation, or vulnerable to gang exploitation without necessarily being involved in criminal activity.
