Description

The undertaking of Void Property Works to ExtraCare's Villages and Housing Schemes including Inspections, Clearance, Health and Safety Checks, Servicing, Minor Repairs including redecoration, Major Component Renewals (Kitchens, Shower Rooms, partial and full Domestic Rewires) and Renewal of White Goods, the contract may included a planned programme renewal of Kitchens and Shower Rooms to ExtraCares's Social Rent Properties, this work would be undertaken to occupied Properties. The Contract is in 4 Lots: Lot 1 - Birmingham Lot 2 - North Lot 3 - South East Lot 4 - South West Suppliers can tender for all Lots, but only a maximum of 2 Lots ( subject to receiving at least 4 compliant tenders) will be awarded to any one Supplier. The Tenders will be evaluated in the order of Lot 1, Lot 4, Lot 2 and then Lot 3. The contract will be the JCT Measured Term Contract 2024, the payment mechanism will be a bespoke M3NHF Schedule of Rates Version 8 and archetype pricing.
