The contracted service providers will deliver online English placement and proficiency tests These tests will play an important role in helping us assess and support the English language skills of participants across our programmes in the region The service will be used on a demand basis through mini competitions among the contracted service providers under the framework There is no commitment to any level of spend under this agreement and the stated contract value represents the framework ceiling only
