Long Term Maintenance for Halls (2024) - City Gateway and Mayflower Projects

The University of Southampton is to appoint a suitably experienced and competent Contractor to undertake various Long Term Maintenance (LTM) Works at the University of Southampton's City Gateway and Mayflower Student Halls of Residence. The works by sub-element generally comprises of the following: City Gateway: Works to address overheating issues within the main site reception and staff office. Mayflower Block A: Re-modelling of the space that was previously a student common room to provide staff break space and a dedicated post room, as well as additional staff facilities.
