C003023 - OCCUPATIONAL PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELLING SERVICE

West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority ("the Authority") is conducting this procurement using the Light Touch Regime in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for the purpose of procuring the services To provide a comprehensive proactive Occupational Mental Health and Wellbeing service for employees including, CBT and other psychological treatment services, awareness and training in mental health and trauma and to influence the strategic mental health and wellbeing direction of West Midlands Fire Service. This will be a confidential service with a primary aim of treating individuals who are experiencing mental health problems and advising Occupational Health (OH) on support strategies to aid their recovery.
