City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council are seeking a range of development interventions to help the Council to create an inclusive organisation where colleagues are equipped to embrace and promote diversity - where colleagues and leaders understand the importance of cultural intelligence in how they work with one another and with external partners and customers to benefit both the Council and the wider community.
