Car park construction of 12 standard bays (area 138.2m2); car park construction of 2 disabled bays (area 53.3m2); entrance area - widening, adjustment of splay (approx 12m2); plus safety rail fencing, creation of gated entrance, electrical ducting installation, all site clearance (including surfacing & existing street furniture), management/safety of site.
