Provision of Three Modified Vehicles to Deliver Mobile Frontline Service

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has a short-term requirement for three DWP Mobile Frontline Vehicles for a 6-month test phase (Sep/Oct 24 - Feb/Mar 25), procured on a short term hire basis. The vehicles will be deployed in 3 geographies. The purpose of the tests is to enable the DWP to extend its reach of the DWP face to face services to more customers, particularly those it struggles to engage with, due to geography. The service offer in each test area will be bespoke based on the customer and operational needs.
