Description
The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) intends to appoint the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) for further support to BEIS's Phase 2b of the Advanced Modular Reactor (AMR) programme covering engagement with Phase 2 AMR vendors. This is an award under S89 of the Energy Act to the ONR. This gives the ONR the framework to charge for their time. Phase 2b relates to interactions between the regulators and the specific technologies being taken forward under Phase 2 of the AMR F&D project.
