Scope of the Requirement To secure the services of a highly professional and service orientated training supplier to deliver high quality learning experiences for participants in the KTP programme. The KTP Programme seeks to demonstrate the delivery of value for money for all our funding partners. The key objective of the provision of the training package for KTP Associates is to facilitate the development of an appropriate level of management and leadership skills to help Associates deliver successful KTP projects. Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) is an Innovate UK led government funded programme which aims to enable businesses to access the technology, knowledge and skills which are available in UK universities, colleges and research & technology organisations, to undertake collaborative projects for the strategic development of the business. Business Management Skills development B. Leadership and Innovation skills C. Personal Skills development KTP expects the supplier to undertake research into the KTP programme and the key role that the associate plays and develop an appropriate curriculum around the 'core' elements. Once appointed the KTP programme will support the supplier in fine tuning the programme to ensure that it fully meets the programme's needs. Through the evaluation process and continual improvement, if a topic is not well received, then it can be revised or replaced in consultation with the contracting authority. The appointed contractor must also be able to provide: • A blended learning approach including elements of residential training • Management of 'on boarding' participants to the training programme, whilst UKRI will provide the names of the associate the supplier will e required to manage the seamless on boarding of the associates onto the training sessions in alignment with their proposed methodology for delivery. • Detailed programme evaluation reports delivered quarterly, with annual summary • A high-quality venue that provides a unique experience, the venue should be close to good rail, road and air links as participants will be travelling from all parts of the UK • All meals and accommodation for the attendees • All materials needed to deliver the course(s) • A strategy to support those working flexibly. • Where a supplier is providing training that enables associates to develop and gain additional qualifications as part of the package this should be detailed in the response. All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for procurement values that exceed Regulation 5 (Threshold amounts). This procurement will be managed electronically via the e-sourcing portal Delta.
